APK Warmup

Workout: Blaze through the following as quickly as possible for time-

Run 400m

20 Jump Squats

20 Lunges

20 Squats

Run 200m

10 Clap Push-Ups (Perform a regular Push-up, but press forcefully on the upward portion and clap your hands as your torso is in the air.)

10 Dips (2/1 if you don't have rings)

10 Handstand Push-Ups

Run 100m

20 Broad Jumps

20 Box Jumps

20 Lateral Bounds 

Run 400m

You posted this literally a minute after I posted in the weekend thread wondering where today's WoD was :] 
 
The only change was I got the first 5 HSPUs and subbed 5 clap push ups for the last 5. Did the 2/1 regular dips as I didn't have rings! 
 
Total time was 14:40. About a 1:20 improvement over my last time w00t! 
 
Sidenote: Have been waking up the last coupld of mornings with a dull dead pain in my right arm. I used to have this problem and did physical therapy for it. Not sure if for some reason all of a sudden I'm sleeping in a bad position or what. But if it continues I may have to go get it checked out! Maybe I'll take a rest day tomorrow and see if that helps.

exactly 12 minutes. The sprints killed me. I startd at 11:25, ended at 11:37. No jumps at the end. Afterwards I think I fainted because I felt like throwing up, next thing I knew it was noon and i was laying down agaisnt the wall.

Yeah, sorry, I'm sick as shit today, I actually got Mark to post up as I couldn't sit in front of the computer long enough to do so. I should be back in the swing of things tomorrow...

Much slower than last time. I have a fever and did this in the pitch black evening. 
 
Sounds strange akh. The crossfit medical board might serve you well, or the internet in general.

I thought I did pretty good. 
It took me about 5 min. for the running total. 
4.41min. for everything besides hspu. 
And about 20s for the hspu. 
 
Total Time: 10 min.

I still can't do anything with my feet so i did the following 
 
2 rounds 
 
20 clap 
20 dips 
20 handstand pushups 
50 situps 
 
~15 mins

dont worry fox I think i passed out over, I have no clue how I didnt puke. I was holding it back with all my might.

Pukey i did met...... yeah I made the choice to let it go because i was feelin like crap holding it in. At least it was 95% liquid or the school kids would have big suprise tomarrow.
