successfully walked up and down one step in a handstand. did about 30 precision jumps rapidly (short ones), some pull-up and lachers in trees, and a running precision that i was afraid of.

Awesome Mark! I was just out training some myself, came back for lunch and heading back out again :]

Will post up later with anything significant, as well as about those reads when I get around to it!

Aaaaaaaand where's monday's WoD? :]

Anyhow, I had a really good weekend, two sunny albeit mega windy days, out finding new lines and techniques to practice in a local park / playground. I didn't take the time to read all of the articles, but "The Iron" by Henry Rollins stood out the most to me, it made me get my ass in overdrive when I did my own workout.
