Man, I really don't like these max rep workouts. Maybe it's just because I don't have a goal to focus on, and if I set a goal I don't know if I'm selling myself short or setting it too high. And if I go all out the first round will I do even half as good on the second round, let alone the fifth?
Anyhow Did the usual thing this morning and just ate breakfast. Going to have to hit this one up later, following up on some job possibilities and got to make and take lunch while wearing a skirt, 'cause Kelly wears the pants around here.

Did my own workout today. 30mins, weights. 120 crunches. 50 pushups.

I was rather dead today, had some friends over here last night and we started sleeping at 5am.
So I just did the warmup and some other fun stuff, I might do this one 2morrow .

I just did each till I collapsed, waiting a few minutes and did more. Dips - 25,18,15,12,10 L-pull ups- 10,7,3,2 pistols- too many ~ 50 each leg all rounds

maxxed out my pull ups and set a PR of 28 reps 3x15 one arm chins w/ 72 lbs. 3x1 min. bar hangs
i am getting so close to the one arm chin. i predict i will have it by Nov. 6th at the latest.
