Workout:

50 Handstand Push-Ups for time.

Pos time to comments. Substitute any variation of push-up from inverted through horizontal if you are unable to perform HSPU's. Compare to 10-2-06

The usual, then knocked this out after breakfast! Broken up:

Ran 2 miles and like 75 pushups, I did this before i saw the WOD but i'm totally gonna do this tonight cause i want to see if him have gotten better.

Parkour Training: 
 
2.5 hr. parkour around campus. first hour was spent teaching and the 2nd hour was mainly dedicated to practicing kong to same level precisions.
