APK Warm-Up

Workout:

10-15-20-25 rep rounds of the following for time:

Push-Ups

Pull-Ups

Squats

Finish all of the reps from each movement before moving on. Post time and substitutions to comments.

about 20 mins with 5 doorframe L-pull ups subbed for the pullups.

APK W/U w/ leg lifts (2xI, ~xII) 
 
Subs/Mods: 
Did 5-10-15-20-25 instead 
First 5 pullups were strict, the rest were a couple strict and lots of kipping (and lots of rest).

6 minutes but i had to do the last ten pullups jumping, my arms froze and died. WEAK i know.

Parkour Training: 
 
2 hr. parkour around pearl st. with sat. the theme of the day seemed to be kong to same level precisions as we found about 4 different setups for them. at first i was tentative even though i knew i was capable. in the end, i conquered 3 good ones and the day's training left me a lot more confident in them. 
 
Strength Training: 
 
4x5 one arm pull ups 
3x8 pull ups with 20 lb dumb bell 
3x8 lat pull downs 
 
 
Conditioning: 
 
5x150m sprints (30 sec. rest between each sprint) 
 
Other Training: 
 
45 min. CU bboy club
Demon
