Seriously Jesse, you are a BISH. No furder questions.
1st round took me 1:55 10th round took me 2:30
I probably started having bad form after the 3rd round Excuse me while I go die now, later! Also, for any time that you may be doing your workout indoors [like I did today], I use this handly little java timer [ http://www.vickiblackwell.com/
timer.html ]. Check it out and hopefully you can use it!
Total time: Round about 21 minutes and some change.

Yeah, this is a workout that I got from Ross' book "Infinite Intensity". It totally kicked my ass when I did it a couple of weeks ago, so I figured it would be perfect :D

Strength Training:
4x6 one arm chins 3x6 pull ups with 25 lbs. 3x25 dips 3x10 leg raises
Conditioning:
5 sprints of 150m. I have sprinted like this only a few times since I played football in HS. It kicked my ass but I plan on doing it more often.
