Warm-Up:

Samson Stretch x 5 each side

Overhead Squat x 10

25 Squats

25 Push Ups

15 Pull Ups

Workout:

Perform as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can:

Run 400m

25 Burpees

20 Reps Lateral Bounding
