That's a cool workout. I did it in 7:40, replacing the clap pullups with the ones where you switch grip, because there isn't really enough room to do those where my pullup bar is.

I've been taking my roommate out to workout everyday because he wants to get back in shape but i tweaked my shoulder out doing pushups yesterday so i'm just going to do squats and abs.

So I'm a little confused as to how one is supposed to do clap pull-ups....I can't see it in my mind, but I'll go try it out!!

Pull-up explosively, let go of the bar, clap, then grab it on the way down. If you check out the last day this came up, I posted a video of Ross Enamait doing them.

I was dying by the end! My work out today consisted of this:
APK Warm-Up with: 3 Rounds of: 1. 15 Squats 2. 10 Pull-ups 3. 10 Push-ups 4. 5 Samson-Stretches Each side 5. Lots of different stretching...
2 rounds Agility Work-out: 1. 10 steps high knees 2. 10 long steps high knees 3. 5 side steps/crescent kicks 4. 10 steps high knees wackward 5. 10 butt kicks. 6. 3 burpees 7. 1 minute quadrupedal...
That's it for today!
