This was fun!
Handstand pushups on parallettes, mostly lowering, though I managed to get back up twice during this workout. I also did my first free standing HSPU today (not on parallettes).

Pistols on my little ramp.

About half the L-pullups were L-pullups, other half L-lowering.

Clap pushups and pullups should have better form, but they were difficult due to the preceding exercise :).

Wow...really low turnout the last two days. Today was my rest day, so there's my workout.

I think I might work on some randomization strategy to mix things up a bit. I will also have a new article up tomorrow that will probably help bring some more motivation to the mix.

Workout done after Jump Program. Negative lowering for the HSPU's and 10 regular pullups instead of clap pullups. Pistols were partially assisted on a door/door knob. Pistols with the left leg were considerably more difficult than the right leg. L-pullups were less an "L" but more of a greater than sign . . . but I'm trying ;)
