Subbed 7 hand stand slow negatives + 8 decline pushups for HSPU's and did 15 bench dips (feet and hands on benches w/ bent knees) instead of regular dips. I know we were supposed to do 30 but I was feeling the hour of tennis from earlier in the day a bit too much.
