Workout- 2 Rounds for time:

15 Handstand Push-Ups

15 Tuck Jumps

15 Ring Dips

15 Broad Jumps

9:30 subs:8 hspu+7 negatives on 1st round an 3 hspu + 7 negatives on 2nd. 25 regular dips.

w00ties, hit this up. Subbed 2x regular dips for the ring dips [so 30]. And my last 10 Broadjumps was 20 squats, I think I may have been pissing off the tenants beneath me :p

10 hand stand lower downs 
10 bar dips + 20 leg assisted bar dips each round

Did a bit of running. 
 
I also did some Russian Twists and a bit of the Front Plank.

Subbed 7 hand stand slow negatives + 8 decline pushups for HSPU's and did 15 bench dips (feet and hands on benches w/ bent knees) instead of regular dips. I know we were supposed to do 30 but I was feeling the hour of tennis from earlier in the day a bit too much.
