APK Warmup

Workout- Two classic bodyweight benchmarks from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

My own workout 
 
5 Pullup Negatives - 10 Second Declines 
5 Chinup Negatives - 10 Second Declines 
 
 
Dips 
Sets: 4 
Reps: 3 
 
Squats 
Reps: 15 
Sets: 4 
 
Pseduo Planche Pushups 
Sets: 4 
Reps: 5 
 
One Legged Hops [Both Legs] 
Sets: 3 
Reps: 40

Warmup, 3 rounds of: 
Dynamic leg stretches 
20 squats 
10 pushups 
10 lieing double leg raises 
20 back extensions 
7/side Sampson stretches 
 
Workout: 
Subs/mods: pullups done with changing hand grips (fwd, back, lt, rt, repeat) 
 
Total sets: 
10 + pullups & pushups (squats were over time) 
 
Done after a week off and the day after moving all that pea gravel. 
 
Knees not liking the squats towards the end, did them slower looking for a way to do with no pain.

21 round and the pullups. 
I wanted to do mary, but my knee is sore so and so not up to the pistols.

Not bad eh? :P 
10th round in the 6th minute, then my triceps started to hurt so my pushups held me back. Not that much though :grin  
 
Felt sick afterwards. 
 
Holiday ends today :(, I think my fitness will drop a little now.

Don't sell yourself short, you can still fit in some hella' hard workouts on limited time. And 25 rounds is sick! Good job!

did some training at a local park around here, did my usual morning routine, and then 40 minutes of running tonight.

plus 3 pullups. Also, jogged about 3 miles after dinner. 
 
I'm beginning to wonder if I'm not pushing myself hard enough through some of these workouts.
