The sleep article and the sprinting article were really interesting and something I'm going to definitely try out.
Lot's of fun to be had this weekend, might be going to six flags [probably not though cause it's so damn expensive] so may just settle for some minigolf and a movie with the girlfriend and some others. :]

I thought yesterdays workout would also be for today so i just did it this morning. I threw in some pushups and handstand push ups, with some other stuff. Took me around 25 mins. I'd say the L-sit was the hardest. BTW thats a great sleep article.

Very interesting article! I'll have my father read that as he is interested in competeting in a marathon .
