L-sit, 7 or 8 attempts with one straight leg/one bent leg. First attempt almost 30 secs, others just over 10.

Planche-Something between the ball planche and the advanced tuck planche, on parallettes. 3 attempts, 20 secs each.

Freestanding Handstand-6 or 7 attempts.
First 2 attempts 1 minute, then one 25 secs (lost balance), then some 50 second attempts :)

Gotta improve on the L-sit :( I have achieved many of my goals for the summer holiday though :)

All right, I'll start posting my results... They're not pretty yet but this is where I'm at.

L-sit, 2:00, mostly 20-30 second increments. I can't do any of the second list yet, or a handstand, so I worked on just balancing better for HSPU's offa the bouncy ball in my gym, and also just working on getting closer in my handstand progression by balancing off of a table and trying to move my legs up as far as they'll go.

l-sit:35,30,25,20,10
tuck planche:20,17,16,10
handstand w/wall:1:05,1:05,1:00,55,50
The L-sit is good and I've made a bit of progress with the freestanding handstand, But I havn't really been using the planche.
