Post time to comments. Appropriate substitutions would include performing 3/4 or 1/2 reps for each exercise, but don't sell yourself short.

I think thats pretty good? I accidentally left out the back extensions though.

Split the workout into two sets of 25. I probably could have moved marginally faster but not to cut my time down to below 20 minutes like you guys . . . sheesh
