Alright, I'm gonna start doing the APK warmup for a few weeks. I subbed jumping pullups for regular pullups.
Jumping Pullups: Sets: 3 Reps: 10
Pushups: Sets: 3 Reps: 10
Squats: Reps: 3 Sets: 15
Samson Stretch: Sets: 3 Reps: 5

i was out filming today, trying to get some footage before i go and i wrecked my ankle something awful, i'm gonna have to give it a rest for a day or two. On the upside the footage from the rest of the day looks terrible...

I was feeling fatigued as hell all day yesterday. It was all I could do just to drag myself out for a workout. I think I haven't been getting enough sleep.
I only managed 5 rounds + pushups + burpees. I wanted to quit after the first round but I at least pushed myself through the 20 minutes even though my pace was uber slow.
