APK Warmup

Workout- Sprint-repeats. Complete the following, resting as needed between sets:

4x400m

5x200m

6x100m

Record splits for each sprint and rest-intervals needed to comments.  Compare to 5-10-06.

400m sprints: 1:15 - 1:19 minutes 
200m sprints: 31 - 33 seconds 
100m sprints: 14 - 15 seconds 
 
I like 100m sprints the most, you can just 'unleash your beast', without having to hold yourself back :P

I did a forest run with my dog and my bro today, then came home and did 3 sets of pushups and sit ups
