I have found the best substitution for pistols ever. If you perform them on a slight ramp, face facing downwards, they become a lot easier but you're still doing the entire and proper movement. I managed proper pistols in no time after I found this out.

I stoppes before my form started to go. Hp:5,5,5 L:10,9,8 Subbed pistols for wall sits:3:30(2 legs), 1:00 for the rest (one leg)

I was unable to do any of these, so I did excercises to build up to it.
Did about 10 Chinups. 20 Negatives Followed by a 1 mile run, switching between running and walking.

I managed my first full range HSPU on paralettes today. Head to ground, about 20 cm below the shoulders. Seemed like I stopped moving but I kept pushing and in the end I got up, really cool
Anyway: HP: 5, 5, 5 (full range negatives, apart from 2) L: 10, 10, 10 (mostly bent legs) Pistols: 14 (7 each, on a slight ramp)

Started off with a barbell workout at 8:00 as opposed to the breakfast at work (though I ate a TON today, one of my goals) Did 6x6 deadlifts, dumbbell bench press and L-Pull-Ups.
At 6:00, I did a great workout from Ross Enamait's "Infinite Intensity", which I hope to have a review for by the end of the week: 5 rounds for time: 5 dumbbell snatches- each arm 5 dumbbell swings, each arm 10 burpees rest 60sec. between rounds. Handled it all with 45lb, could have done more. Need to stretch, but otherwise I'm happy with that!

college pwns. I ended up doing all the pistol rounds on a balance ball (that half round thing for balance), all the HSPU but couldnt get to the L-sit. There was a killer here today, so I did some pk =D
