APK Warm-Up

Workout: Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 20:00

Run 200m

10 Clap Push-Ups

15 Squats

20 Sit-Ups  

Post rounds and partial rounds completed to comments

Just started these workouts a couple weeks ago, boy am i out of shape :)

That rocked. This is a perfect workout! 
 
9 rounds and almost 200 m. of the 10th round. Next time I will make at least 10 rounds 8)

I made 9 also! didnt quite get to the run though so bubblemaker is a little ahead of me! good job guys!

What a day. 5am Crossfit workout: 
5 rounds for time: 
Row 500m 
45lb thruster x 30 
I made it to the third round and heard a huge crash in the gym behind me...I fumbled with the straps on the rower and rushed in to see the girl I've been training on her but with a bar behind her. She was doing Max-effort squats and got stuck in the bottom :p She was OK, luckily she dumped the bar right. Along with the time it took to check on her and help her get back to business: 24:15 
 
Had a busy day at work, then finished by walking 9 holes of golf. Came home, ate, then headed back to Woodberry to let Emmie do the Crossfit workout while I hit this up. I cam 15 situps short of 10 rounds. Not too disappointed by that after such a long day. To top it off, yet another early couple of days to come! Woo Hooo!

Wow, now I feel bad posting about my "rest day" :P 
 
Did 1/2 hour of tree stuff this morning plus a pr handstand.  
 
Tonight did 1/2 hour climb-ups, cat leaps, precisions
m2.

Ran for 30 minutes with kelly tonight then hit up the workout after a short break. Got in 8 rounds and 17 situps away from making 9. 
 
It rained like the dickens today so it was mega nice out :]

that was tough, i think i pulled my calve (calf?) muscle - 9 rounds then couldnt finish!

Another workout that was tougher than anticipated. Only 6 rounds . . . I really should have pushed harder than I did.
