I only did those box jumps because there is no where inside where I can do pull-ups and I am not going outside to run. But don't fret I have another work out that im doing besides this one.

We have done the same workout exactly one week ago.

Anyway, 10:31. No broken sets. I'm extremely satisfied, I feel I am improving greatly over this holiday. I don't wanna go back to school :x

I just got new shoes so i did extra running, started with a half mile, then went into box jumps (on rails), then more running but i was getting a real bad dehydration headache so i had to stop and get out of the heat.

I couldn't measure the meters exactly so I just sprinted for 28s, then 24 , then 20. Box jumps and pull ups were easy, I upped them by 10 each. brother timed me at 8 minutes 50 seconds

just fYI, 800 meters (twice around a track on the inside lane) is 16 feet shy of 1/2 mile. For most people, even running fast, this is at least 2 1/2 minutes.
