APK Warmup

Workout: 10 rounds for time: 

10 burpees

20 Jump-rope Double Unders (rope makes two passes per jump) 

Post time to comments. Compare to: 5-19-06

Try as hard as possible to complete the jump rope as double-unders, even if they are not consecutive. Simply working the skill will bring vast improvement.

Just got done with a 30 minute run with Kelly in the freakin' awesome weather! Coolin' down with a shower now, toodles :grin

This well be the first W.O.D I have done. Let's see how I feel after I do them...(What does 10 rounds for time mean?)

The freakin' apk warm-up was a workout by itself I did the 10 burpees and damn near couldn't get up and then Icouldn't do the 20 jump rope doubles so I just did 40 singles as substitute which im sure it not the same thing.

psychosis, don't worry, you're not alone. The warmup is hard, let alone the actual WOD. Keep at it. I usually cut the warmup to 2 rounds, then the wod. Sometimes I make it but sometimes not. 10 rounds is a lot though.

That was tough out in the heat. I had to take about a 25 min break in the middle of round 6 to cool down cuz the heat was getting to me. I got a bit dizzy and lightheaded. 
 
First 6 rounds were as RX'ed. During the last 4 rounds the burpees became squat thrusts w/ pushups.

a tough workout on the first day of school. id rather do this workout all day then go to school.

there was a light rain outside just now and I got it done outside. Felt nice, actually slipped on the grass a few times while doing burpees, 15 minutes in total (Slow but good technique)

also did some double unders and handstands, but coming off being sick, no energy for a "formal" workout

I've totally rocked myself with Crossfit workouts the last 3 days...I'm looking forward to lots of sleep and then a great rest day tomorrow :p

i can barely move today with my sprained foot and my bashed knee and overall body soreness from jamming and street performing yesterday.
