Im most likely not going to have much extra time today. a very busy day for me. BUT i did do that arm workout where you walk across a long wall on your arms, i did about 200 feet worth. Plus about 50 tuck ups and 30 seconds of L-sits. that might be it for me if i dont find anymore time.

4 rounds as RX'ed. THough, I wasn't sure if we were supposed to do 25 lateral bounds per round or 25 per leg per round. I ended up doing 25 per leg each round for a total of 200 for the workout.

I think Gear ment 25 lateral bounds per round, for a total of 100 lateral bounds. I've made that same mistake a couple of times when I started these WOD's.
Won't harm you though :P Rest day tomorrow

Did some training at a local [and new ground to me!] playground, and also ran for 40 minutes with Kelly.
Had to take advantage of the cooler weather! Hopefully we'll get everything moved in, unpacked, and organized this weekend so I can be back on a somewhat normal schedule! :]

Oh well. Better to do too many reps than not enough right
Though, it would seem like w/ exercises like lateral bounds or pistols we should be doing either x-amount per leg or an even number of reps. Otherwise you end up doing more reps for one leg/arm than the other. That is, unless you make sure to alternate the starting leg/arm each round I guess.
