Ring Dips (sub bench or bar dips 2/1)

L-Pull-Ups

I kind of altered the workout by adding a set of pistols to each round, which made this a lot of fun. That took me 23 minutes in total. 
 
Bench dips were subbed for ring dips at a 2/1 ratio. 
 
L-pullups were mostly done with legs slightly bend.

I still dont have rings, So instead I substituted those for handstand pushups (agaisnt a wall... My handstands still suck.)

subbed ring dips for parallel bar l-sit dips.

only had energy to do about 25 dips and 30 pull-ups

did my own workout since my shoulder isnt ready for this yet. 
 
100 precision jumps on my mini rails 
3x8 pistols each leg with 15 lb. dumbbell 
3x8 pull ups 
3x:30 wall handstands

holy crap what a busy day! i woke up and rocked this workout first thing, and then had a hardcore softball game, double header.
