I'll probably be subbing most of the circuits that have running in,least for the next few weeks. They are less convineint for me, and in general I either prefer a running workout (intervals, endurance etc) or a circuit at home.

Today i used a really cool workout from ross enamait. You have a deck of cards face down and turn them over one a at a time. For every red you do burpees and for black you do pushups. Face cards are 10 and aces are 11.

I did situps and pushups today instead since my stomach has felt shitty. i wanted to kick it back into gear (not jesse) so 3 sets of 60 situps and 3 sets of 30 pushups. now i'm at work.. its so lame here.

I did the running but i only did 20 regular pullups and then worked on muscle ups and laches. For the box jumps i did them onto a railing. Then some cat/wallrun training, all in all about 45 minutes, i'd say the workout was about 20 minutes.

I'm back, wasn't at home so I couldn't follow the WOD's over the past couple of days.

I did this thing in a time between 11 and 12 minutes, I didn't have my stopwatch with me so I used my watch. I love this running and I'm satisfied with my result.

These WOD's are now really showing results.

That last set of pullups was NOT easy. I had to do them 3 at a time and the last 5 or 6 were jumping pullups.
