APK Warmup

Workout: 5 rounds of the following for time: 

Run 600m

35 Double Unders*

20 pushups

10 pullups  

Post time to comments.  Compare to 3-17-06

*Double-Unders: Jump rope makes two passes for each jump. Sub 1/1 with tuck-jumps if you don't have a jump rope

Pushups can be subbed with negative lowering pushups, knee pushups, or elevated pushups

Pullups can be subbed with jumping pullups, slow negatives or assisted pullups.

I didn't really feel inspired to do this, so I did the one where you do pullups for 15 minutes. 1 in the first two in the second, etc. I then finished up with 50 burpees.

APK Warmup 
 
Splits: 
~6:30, ?:??, 7:06, 7:41, 6:44 
 
Double unders are getting better, can do several in a row now. 
 
I can do kipped pullups now, so I did most pullups kipped.

I only did 4 rounds. Oh well. I probably could have moved a bit faster but I was trying to keep an eye on my buddy who I got our for some exercise for the first time in forever. I set him up in a workout while I did mine. I just sort of watched him to make sure he was keeping the pace up but not killing himself and trying to motivate him while he was going around the track. Kind of distracted me from my own workout a bit.

And i forgot the 600m run. I guess I was just all out of wack yesterday.
