After the APK Warmup :

For Time:

20 Double Unders (jump rope makes two passes for each jump)

20 Pushups

20 Lateral Bounds

20 Divebomers

20 Box Jumps

20 Ring Dips (2/1 regular dips)

20 Jump Squats

20 Handstand Pushups.

PWNED my previous time. Started at 12:11 on the dot, finished at a couple seconds past 12:17. 
 
Total time : approx. 6:20 
 
Everything as RXd, did 40 regular dips as I have no rings :] These workouts and my daily morning routine are really paying off!

I went out and shot a video today, i almost died.  
 
I did yesterday's workout while watching a movie so i didn't get my times. But i do know that my girlfriend said iwas distracting, if that helps.

Counting Lateral bounds -- is each leg "1", or is going back and forth once "1"?

And all my handstand pushups were negatives (full range on paralettes). This was slow lol.

Damn it's freakin' hot outside :x  
 
Didn't have my rope w/ me so subbed tuck jumps for double unders. No rings so did 40 bench dips. Can't really do much of a HSPU much less 20 of them so I just did 1:00 of inverted handstand. I had a pretty decent time b/f I got to the HSPU's. Oh well.

7:20 but i only did 20 reps of the dips because my hands were going numb on the bar. My bad.

I did this after some l-pullups and weighted dips. 
I'm still a non-double-undering person so did 40 jumps + i did all negatives for the hspu

didn't have a clock but it was around ten mins with some situps as well.

I have again bonered my previous time! Blew through this like a bat out of hell. Did 40 "bench" dips as I had no rings, handstand pushups weren't full RoM, but good enough to have my heart beating in my entire face. 
 
I got 10 double-unders in a row, w00t! 
 
Time was 4:46

about 9 minutes, i made my roomate do it too. we had to take turns doing sets becuase our appartment isnt big enough
