10 Burpees

Bumped up my morningly weight vest routine to 15lbs! Got done with that, ate breakfast. I got a whole lot of stuff to do today and this week to prepare for moving into le apartment this coming monday! 
 
Sorry Bubblemaker, 2 days in a row, I know. I'll try and hit this one up tonight after my last freakin' class :]

I didn't time but from the big clock it was >15min then i rocked a nice little training session with focus on wallruns/muscleups

this should be my last day of soreness from the mega happy midwest jam, so I decided to do a lot of situps in my basement. 
 
4 sets of 60.
