Ohh you fat bastard! At least it's not the Beck's Burpees one, this one should be slightly less brutal with a weight vest :p

7 broad jumps and 13 lunges for all.
I did the pullups on my shed which was pretty hard.
O, and thanks for the weekend topic, I'm now going to buy a paleo diet book.

Sorry Bubblemaker! I usually do it first thing in the morning but ended up saving it for later today :p

Trained my ass off in the heat today at a local playground after my morning routine w/ weight vest. Feeling pretty pooped, might take this one up later tonight after an energizing dinner :]

I devised my own workout today on accident. I found a 9 foot long log that was about 1 foot in diamter and weighed a crap load.

I spent an hour maneuvering it strong man style from the bottom of a rugged Red Rocks boulder field to the top 100 yds away and about 50 ft. elevation gain. It was a great workout at the end of my 1.5 hour rock jumping session!

Considerably slower than last time we did this workout. But i actually measured out the 15M this time and I was def. short on the distance back in May. Though, I think I need to take a break from these leg workouts for a few days.
