Morning as usual with 12.5lb Weight Vest - 5 rounds of:
6x Box Jumps
6x Pullups
18x Situps
6x Pushups

Then ate breakfast and just hit up this workout, which has me panting like some kind of 6-figure income professional panter.

Total time - 6:36

Cool, a very short workout. For some reason it's made my mouth really water?
Going to finish with some handtsands and l-sits.

Yet again, I'm put to miserable shame. Lots of short rest breaks, as my stomach wasn't cooperating nicely. A few hydration periods, too. Definitely need to work on my short-term stamina.

Nearly finished the entire WOD for the first time... those burpees finished me off. Only did 30 of them, but did all the jumps. I figured out the problem probably stems from doing squat jumps in the warmup instead of squats. Apparently careful reading is not a strength.

Threw pull-ups in there just for the heck of it. I figured the workout would be kind of short otherwise and wanted to get more upper-body work in anyhow. Followed the WOD up with a 20 minute run. Damn it was hot out today!!
