Did my morning routine w/ 12.5lb weight vest. Then just got back from about 2 hours of intensive training, lots of repetition out in this heat! And then spent about 30 minutes over at the pool cooling down, w00t :]

Not sure if I'll hit this one up later, but I'm feeling daaaamn good right now!

Adressing my weak point hehe.

Handstand Push-ups were extremely slow full range handstand negatives on paralettes. I hope that's more functional than normal HSPU's :)

L-pullups were very slow pullups, lasting 15 to 20 seconds for each rep.

I did 4 reps per set, resting 1 to 1:30 minutes between rounds. Had to take a break for dinner between the second and third round, but as this is not a conditioning workout I don't think that mattered too much. Am I right?

It depends on the total time you took off...5-10 minutes probably isn't a big deal, but 30 minutes could have a bit of an effect. Either way, two sessions of 10 minutes seperated by an entire day are nearly as good as one 20 minute session of exercise, so you're probably fine. The only downside would be an eventual decrease in overall work capacity...though I doubt that's a problem with this being a one workout in a blue moon kind of thing :p
