After the first 2 sets I was like, "shit, I got 8 left?" But I kept a solid pace and finished strong!

11:45, i challenged myself by going on a gradual hill in my backyard, i din't notice it on the situps until abour half way through, just a little more proof that even the tiniest hting cna make a difference.

10 min. but i cut out half of the push up rounds for my shoulder.

The rest of the workout was no problem for me and my time would have been much better if I didn't suck so much at the back extensions. And I don't even go nearly as high as Jesse does in the exercise description pics.
Also did 50 burpees/100 double-unders a couple hours later and then took the dog on a 1.5 mile jog.
