Only did 5 rounds and subbed squat thrusts w/ pushups for full burpeeds. I didn't get out until early afternoon and it was super humid out so I took it a bit easy in those 5 rounds.

Rested for about 5 minutes inside and then went out for a two mile run.

I'm back, although that doesn't mean I haven't been working out. I've also been digging all day for a living seeing as I'm at an archaeological field school. Don't know how much time it took me to do this, but it was a major bitch because I did it immediately after running three miles through the EXTREMELY hilly coastline of eastern Connecticut.
