Did my morning thing then ran for 20 minutes! Was feeling a bit light headed afterwards so I'll probably do this workout later tonight!

I did my 4 sets up pushups and situps today: 
pushups: 35.30.35.30 
situps: 60,60,50,50

i was in the middle of my 3rd round for handstand pushups and lost balance, i fell and i think i hurt my left wrist pretty bad, like it hurts to move it around... ive already bought a wrist brace but its still botherin me what should i do?

did this in chinatown park, it was about 85 degrees and 70% humidity!! I think I lost 3 pounds. 
 
Subbed 50 jumping jacks for running not a great sub, but did 5 rounds instead of 4. 
15:26 Pullups and hspu's felt good. Did my first "good" freestanding hspu.

I did the crossFit WOD Helen( I think )  
3 rounds for time: 
100 single unders  
21 dumb bell swings (25 lbs) 
12 jumping kips- in my case 
my time was 16:00
