did 4 sets of chinups with a friend today: 21-13-10-8
a bit sore, I'll be running my ass off in left field tonight at softball

no levers for me yet.
just did a workout of 3x12 pistols each leg followed by 50 lunges with 40 lbs. extra.

Ended up having to edit yesterday's workout to get anything up, so the old comments are going to hang around

woo woo, just got back. Didn't get my actual start time but I walked out of my house to go to the park at 11:50, and finished at 12:04. So around 12-14 minutes.
Did everything with 12.5lb Weight Vest. Instead of Situps I did Back Extensions, hips on the bench of a picnic table, legs straight out behind me bracing against the bottom of the table. Face down, lifting torso up; that kind of back extension.
Shower time!

restin up today cause i got a DUNES JAM tommorrow! the only place where its smart to do 20 foot drops!

i totally added like mad extra crunches and 2 sets of minute planks, gotta rock the beach bod brah!
