Beast out in the sweltering heat! Started this up at 1:53, and finished at 2:05 for a grand total of about 12 minuntes. Had my suit on so I took a 45 second walk to the pool and took a nice, cool, soothing dip in the deep end.
Might hit up Crossfit's sunday workout later! [minus the kettlebell / weighted stuff].

=D Thanks! I just got back from a 2 hour session running around the Rio Center [new ground for me, which is nice!] with Frostbite795! Some good training and all-around fun!

Great weight workout. Squats 3x5@225, Dumbell Bench- 4x5@75 and Deadlift up to 305x3
Did this about 20 minutes later, hit up 14 minutes in the hot-ass sun. Fun times.

woot, time to start trying to do these again. i got about 20 min. but i was taking it very easy and slow on the pull ups and push ups. gotta ease back into the upper body stuff.
