22 rounds, and 5 pullups. Almost a round short of my record :sigh, but it wasn't this hot back then (lousy excuse ;)

Anyway, I'll be sailing in Greece during the next two weeks, so I thought I might as well kill myself today with two WOD's and some other stuff :p

I'm off to tennis, have fun times with the WOD's! And I'll be sure to swim a lot :grin. When I'm back I'll be following the WOD schedula exactly again.

I will call my future daughter Cindy. Mary is a fat bitch.

Did a whole bunch of training around Rockville with Kipup and then hit the gym session with him and Frostbite.

I'l be hitting this up today, i.e. Saturday. The content management system won't let me update, so this will be our weekend discussion spot. Now for one of my favorite quotes of all time, as it sums up my personal philosophy and the way I've lived my entire life up to this point:

"Whenever you are asked if you can do a job, tell 'em, 'Certainly I can!' Then get busy and find out how to do it."
