APK Warmup

Workout- Parkour Intervals:

Find an environment with varied and random obstacles, optimally between 25 and 50m in length. Perform 10 intervals of 1:00, moving as quickly and powerfully as possible, interdispersed with :30 second rests, for a total of 15:00 

Post results, thoughts and comments. Compare to 6-9-06

Substitutions: Jump Rope or regular running intervals if an appropriate environment isn't available.

Morning routine w/ 12.5lb Weigh Vest : Check 
APK Warmup : Check 
 
Was feeling pretty groggy so I only got in about 5 minutes of the parkour intervals. Then finished up with a 20 minute run in the sweltering heat. 
 
Farmers tan still there? : Check =(

Short on time so couldn't get to a suitable place for PK intervals. So, I did the same 1:00/:30 intervals w/ the jump rope. Mixture of basic jump, side swing, fwd shuffle, high step, and double-unders.
