APK Warmup

Workout- For time:

Run 200m

10 Lateral bounds (5 each side)

Run 400m

15 Broad Jumps

Run 600m

20 Box Jumps

Run 200m

Increased the # of reps in my morning routine! Just got done with 5 rounds of: 
6x Box jumps 
6x Pullups 
18x Situps 
6x Pushups 
 
Feelin' a bit tired, going to go shower and will hit this workout up later tonight!

subbed jumprope for running, 30, 1:00, 2:00, :30 
 
subbed jumping as high as possible, knees up, extending to land quietly for 20 jumping over the back of the couch (no box)

Ended up doing two rounds of this one just for sh*ts and giggles w/ a 3 minute rest between. 
 
1st round = 11:00 
2nd round = 12:07 
 
That 600m run after the broad jumps was painful. The 2nd round of that was just barely a jog for me.
