APK Warmup

Workout:

Run 5k for time, the more hills the better.

Oh snapple. I always hate guesstimating 5k, I'll try and figure out an accurate one this time. 
Going to go do my morning routine, then eat breakfast, and then do this workout!

Phew! Woke up, putzed around for a little, then did my morning routine w/ 10lb Weight Vest: 
 
5 rounds of 
5x Box Jumps 
5x Pullups 
15x Situps 
5x Pushups 
 
Then ate breakfast and did the run! Just ran solid for a good 23 minutes! Not sure when / if :p I hit the 5k mark. 
Showertime!

Took me about 25 mins. I'm going to start running more frequently, probably 3 times a week.

I went out to the training course today with a non traceur. got him to do some precisions with me and I did same level cats on these wooden structures there.

I don't know exactly how far I went but it felt like about a 9.5 m/mile pace for the 52 minutes I was out. So, that would put me at about 5.5 miles.
