did 20 minutes with only 2 30 second breaks, didn't have a timer to do the proper intervals and really wanted to push for endurance. Had a lot of fun doing rail work, underbars, rail precisions, and a lot of balance (walking) as rest

I wasn't very happy with my performance today doing Parkour. I really need to work on the fundamentals.

I did some monkey bar dynamics and shimmying, as well.

I think my major problem is: I've gone soft. My mind is so locked on the way we're "supposed" to move, and my muscles and nervous system needs to be openedup again. I'm 21 years old. I hope it's not too late. Gotta keep trying...gotta keep training.

Now M2...how many times do I have to cite the fact that working your glycolitic pathway will benefit both your endurance AND your strength and power? ;)
