i already did a workout at the track this morning, as follows:
800 meter warmup 1200 hard recovery lap 2x800 meter sprint 2x400 meter sprint 2x200 meter sprint all with short recovery time (under a minute, except for right before the 200s) cooldown 1600 (mile)

APK Warmup 13 Back tucks 105 burpees in 9 minutes: 1x30, 1x20, 1x15, 1x10, 1x17, 1x13 Pretty delirious, may have done 2x10 instead of 1x10 in the middle... can't quite remember. Also total time is a guess because I didn't hit start on the stopwatch for the first set, so its probably somewhere between 8:30-9:00ish.

Jawesome. Mine was slower than my last one as well, came in at 8:30. Followed by a quick dip in the pool to cool off then a 25 minute run with Kelly!
Reps were : 2x20, 2x10, 2x15
I still feel exhausted from the (B)East coast jam and from starting my class this week and adjusting back from college. So this was the first real good feeling / no skimping workout this week! Good to be back in the swing of things!
