I did yesterdays today cause my ankle is acting up and i didnt get to practice today, so no running for me, only pullups and pushups.

One more say till school's over..*whew* but i did quite a workout today filling Ando's shoes today which is workout enough on it's own when tiny asian reporters are asking you to jump off buildings for them...

Asians? Tiny? What is this tomfoolery Went out today in the gorgeous weather and did some light training for a good hour and a half. Did the warmup, didn't do straight sprints, my toe is still tender from a recent fight scene injury, but got some running in around campus!

Totally beat. Workout 1- 5am Dumbell bench/clap pushups 5x5-5x3 Front Squat 2x5 2x4 1x3 1x2 (225x2) Power Cleans- 2x5 3x3
This workout- 6:00pm 400's- 1:12, 1:24, 1:33, 1:27 200's-:41, :40 (then realized I was missing the finish mark) :35, :35.11 100's-14:58, 14:98, 15:30, 14:48, 14:44

My times didn't improve much from the last time we did this workout. Though I did manage cut rest times down.
