25:00, every time I do this work out I totally underestimate its difficulty. Subbed reg. push ups for HSPU'S in sets of 5 and jumping kips for L-pull ups.

after this weekend's 6 hour jam the soreness is almost gone, but I've got some training planned for tommorrow so i still need rest. can't do this one today

Did yesterday's workout this morning! Did my mental workout on my Quantitative Research Methods final. And just did this workout!
Subbed the 400m run with 1:15 jumprope. And on the last set, I subbed the 10 HSPUs with 10 pushups and 1:00 front plank.
Total time - 13:00
[p.s. my HSPUs suck butt]

Somehow can't do Lpullups.. So I did them bent kneed and 5 leg lifts each round. Handstand pushups mostly negatives, in the first round I managed 4 consecutive HSPU's
