We are proud to announce the publishing of our very own fitness newsletter. For now this will give you email access to the Workout of the Day, though the future will see this resource being utilized for a more expansive fitness publication for the Parkour community. Registered users can subscribe by going to the "My Details" tab in the user menu, then going to "Edit" and "Update Profile". The Newsletters tab should be in amongst this info. Click the check box next to the WOD newsletter and you will be added to the mailing list.
