Bodyweight strength...

APK Warmup

Workout- 5 sets for max-reps of the following-

Handstand Pushups

Pistols

Pullups

Perform each exercise in succession, circuit style, resting as needed (around 1:30-2:00 between circuits) . If you can perform more than 10 reps on any one exercise, add resistance to reduce total reps to the 5-7 range. For pistols and pullups this can be accomplished by holding or strapping on weights, as well as slowing the eccentric (lowering) portion, while performing the concentric (raising) portion powerfully. For HSPU's, increase the range of motion if possible by using parallettes or other raised platforms. If you can perform full ROM handstand pushups for more than 10 reps, you probably don't need too many tips on building strength for bodyweight skills ;)

Post total reps and added resistance for each exercise to comments.

Appropriate Substitutions:

HSPU- Slow HSPU lowering, feet-inclined pushups or regular pushups as needed.

Pistols- Balance aided by a broomstick or wall, Sitting back onto a low platform, regular slow air squats.

Pullups- Slow pullup lowering or assisted pullup machine.

Seeing as how i havent slept for the past two days, I dont know if i'll be up for a workout monday. Plus its the first day of my spring break ;) SO HAPPY!

I ran 5km in 19:50 today :) Coming back to my old record :grin

Went out to the local training course to test out some shoes and do some parkouuuur ;) going to get going to school now.

Yeah Cloud and I hit up the training grounds here, theres always something new there. He picked up a nice pair of nova's :) I feel good today, later on im going to do the rest of the workout.

Towel Pullups 
Ring Dips 
 
I don't have my sheet handy with the reps. Also picked up a shorter version of the Crossfit WOD this afternoon...killer :P

back has been giving me trouble. i am resting it except for some light exercises and stretches to "rehab" it.

Did the warmup and that's all! Time today was mega short putting the final touches on my part of the senior art show [big final project thing!] And papers and writing my script like a mofo. 
 
I'll do tomorrow's after the show opening!

Pistols with a block below my ass, at the bottom of my calves. Sometimes had to give some support with my left leg.
