20 Double-Unders

Run 400m

40 Double Unders

Run 600m

60 Double Unders 

Post time to comments.  Jump Squats can be substituted for double-unders if you do not have a jump rope.

Can't do anything from todays workout so I'll think of something else to do.

Injured? that sucks. If you can do cycling you could do 1 minute fast then 30 seconds relaxed cycling, for 15 minutes, very good metabolic conditioning.

I tryed out a small circuit from a bruce lee book and did some push-ups and pull-ups. The circuit was ok but i probably wont do it again. 
Thanks for the idea Bubblemaker i'll probably try it out soon.

I knew I was going to run out of time this afternoon, so at my 2:00 break I went on a trail run, probably 1/2-3/4 mile, 3 rounds of 15 elevated pushups, 5 chinups, 15 box jumps, then ran back. It was kinda hot outside, but it was still fun to be on the trail next to the river. I wish I had more than 15 minutes to spend!

I tried it, but my wisdom tooth has now infected and inflamed my gums/jaw/cheek to a point where i cant even think about jumping up and down or else i will fall over in pain. ill try to do slow pullups or pushups though.

There was a lovely rain out today so i went for a 3 mile hop in the rain, it was quite refreshing.

just got home after playing a concert with my band...no WOD, i got a good enough workout...

I'd like to hear your band Rushman :] Got any songs to download? 
 
I spent 2 hours today out doing parkour, to get to a place that would only take me 20 minutes walking. I had a great time with some urban exploration, threw in random sets of 20 jump squats and 20 broad jumps at approx 30 minute intervals [ok, not so random] to addend the parkour! 
 
Gym session tomorrow night, w00t!

its 2:36 AM and I just got inside from doing the workout. Timing was around 9 minutes, im soaked cause it rained a little but it was refreshing!

19 minutes and some change . . . subbed double-unders for burpees.
