APK Warmup Perform as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of the following: 8 ring dips (sub 2/1 with bar dips) 10 Pistols , alternating legs each rep. 12 Russian Twist Post rounds completed to comments. Appropriate Substitutions: Ring Dips- Parallel Bar dips (2/1), Parallel Bar dips (1/1), Bench Dips (feet on ground, hands on bench behind you.)
