Can anyone tell me why I'm "Not authorized" to view the WOD if I follow the link on the home page? 
I'll read the articles later when I've done tuesday's workout :)

Have you tried clicking the comment link on any other article on the site? I think the comments is the problem, but I can't figure out why just a couple of people are having an issue with it.

I liked the bud jefferies interview! Even though im not into power lifting it is inspirational and true for most activities.

Ran about 5K in about 24 minutes this morning, need to verify distance on the bike later, but if a whole 5K then new PR by 4 minutes. 
 
Gym session tonight.

Well after the st. patty's day and a celebration among other things, I'm pretty spent, but did quite a bit of PK last night at 3 am, i don't know where that energy came from. Today I just did a few L-sits and pushups and will fully be back into the groove tommorrow.

Wow I'm glad it's fixed because I've been trying to post for the last week and nothing was working. I'm glad i can finally comment on WOD's again. Well last night i did some late night pk and this morning some pushups and sit ups.

Took it pretty easy over the weekend. Did some puch ups and pull ups today. I can now do 20 pull ups(non kipping) :grin

Did some more push ups and sit ups today, along with one legged squats. Taking my dog out for a brisk run too.
