The frog stand is the first and easiest level of the planche progressions. All of the planche progressions are a great way to increase your ability to hold full body tension. By developing your planche progressions all the way toward a full lay planche, you will develop incredible strength, especially in your shoulders, arms, and core.

This is very similar to a yoga posture called "the crane". It took me a month to learn. It really helps with balance and core strength.

Yeah I agree with fourscorpio, I think everyone should know how to do it cause it helps your balance and muscles a ton. I taught myself how to do this within an hour or so, it's so helpful thanks for the video
