pkemmie posting up under gear again, 31:00 flat, I subbed 2:00 on the rowing machine for the 600m, for the push ups 3-5 full, reg. push ups and 12-15 on my knees, jumping kips for the pull ups and well I kinda fudged on the double unders, honestly I don't think any of them made two passes, but I tried.

Here's yesterdays for me :

----
Didn't do this workout! Ran with Kelly in the morning for 20 minutes, then later in the evening had a big ol' dinner party and I watched after the 9 kids that were over =O

Lots of QMing outside and playing with them, and played Basketball for 1.5 hours!

If only I could find a way to transfer the limitless energy of young children to me! =]

----

Going to do today's in a couple of hours and will post up then when I'm done!

Guessed the distance and took it pretty easy. 20 burpees(35 seemed WAY too many)
15 pushups(my triceps were still tired from earlier this week :)
It's been a hard but good week, Thanks gear.

offtopic but what does Rx'ed stand for?

I won't be following the schedule you guys do; my workouts start on friday and I have my rest days on wednesdays and thursdays cause I don't have any time on those days. It's a shame I can't post my results the day you guys do..
Anyway, I did monday's workout, Angelina, today and I'm quite satisfied.

Gear, the reforms you introduced really improved the WOD's! Thumbs up :grin

"Relaxed" I guess. Does that fit in the context? :p

If I'm correct, RX'd stands for "as prescribed." Like medicine, RX, thing... umm... gear?

took me about 45 minutes...for two reasons, the first being that i used my treadmill (cause it's night time) and the other reason is that the treadmill and where i do pull-ups are on different sides of my house...i could definatly do this in like 30 minutes maybe less.

35 mins did 70 singles instead of 35 double unders took my time with the run.

Wow that was invigorating! I feel grrrreat!

Since running is a weakness for me I decided to add 100m to each set [so 700m each set] to make myself pace myself and run well. Everything else was as RX'd [w00t lingo!]

Total time was 32:43

16. 03-17-2006 18:35

Splits:
7:16, 7:28, 7:42, 8:29, 8:15*

Total time: 39:10

* I stopped my watch rather than hitting the lap button and lost the 5th run, so I did another run after the 5th set and timed that instead.

Didn't know how to do double unders, figured out how to do them occasionally. Who knew they'd be so tough? Pullup bar and track separated by a long distance, could have had faster splits.

Thanks for a great week!

18. 03-17-2006 23:02

nice. I was on fire tonight especially with the pushups. Subed burpees for jump rope, and too late to run so I'm doing a bunch of running/pk tomorrow.

Wasn't able to do it today. Pretty sore and tired form the last three days as well.

20. 03-18-2006 02:15

My shoulder was stillsmarting from the day before so i played it safe and just ran, went out for about a 5/6 mile trot through the city, beautiful day.

My abs were hurting in every run except the first. During the last run the pain became so severe that I started limping. Gotta find out why that is and prevent it. Maybe cause I had to wait some more after eating or cause I have a cold
Anyway 30:30

22. 03-22-2006 11:47

First time I did every single double under :)
