APK Warmup Workout: Cindy's Ugly Cousin "Margaret"- Similar to the Crossfit Benchmark "Cindy" (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats for 20 minutes) this workout will involve as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, with a couple of ugly changes: 5 L- Pullups 10 Divebomber Pushups 15 Jump Squats Post rounds completed and substitutions required to comments. Appropriate Subs: L-Pullups: Mix 5 leg or knee lifts with 5 pullups, 5 knee lifts with 5 jumping pullups, 5-count raised-knee hold with 5 pullup negatives (slowly lowering) Divebombers: 10 regular pushups, knee pushups, 1/2 divebombers Jump Squats: 15 regular squats, 15-count wall-squat hold Yesterday's WOD- Tuesday 3-14-06 |
